Manager Message
“You do not become a failure until you accept being one.”
Anonymous
Don’t Forget to “Stop and Smell the Roses”
In the rush of our daily lives, it’s easy to lose sight of the magic in what we do. As a company, we have a rare privilege; we create works of art that leave a lasting impact on the world around us. Everything we create tells a story. Whether it’s the first sign for someone’s long-held dream of opening a business or a piece for a new corporate location. Each project is a testament to craftsmanship, dedication, and creativity.
In a way, we are all artists, shaping the environment and touching lives in ways we may not even realize. It’s easy to underestimate the ripple effect of our work, but the butterfly effect is real. Something as seemingly simple as a business card or a beautifully designed sign can inspire, connect, and uplift.
When I was 15, I came across a sign that said, “You do not become a failure until you accept being one.” That message stayed with me, shaping my perspective and guiding my life. It’s a reminder of the profound impact even the smallest creations can have on people.
Signage is everywhere. From bustling city streets to quiet country roads. Beyond its functional role of guiding and informing, signage adds beauty and inspiration to our world. Thoughtfully designed signs transform ordinary spaces into extraordinary experiences, making the world brighter, more vibrant, and full of meaning.
Let’s take a moment to reflect on the artistry and purpose behind what we do. Whether it’s guiding someone to their destination, inspiring hope with a thoughtful message, or simply making a space more beautiful, our work matters. You never know who you might inspire with the art we create every day.
Let’s continue to make the world a more beautiful place, one sign at a time.
Nikelle Thompson
Center Sales Manager, Graphik
P.S.
The past three years have been filled with challenges, but they’ve also been a testament to the resilience, determination, and heart of our team. We’ve faced roadblocks head-on, pouring countless hours, effort, blood, sweat, and tears into improving the way we operate.
Every single team member plays an essential role in our success, and I cannot overstate how valued each of you truly are. It’s a privilege to work alongside such talented, hardworking, and passionate individuals. Together, we’ve built something extraordinary, and we continue to grow stronger every single day.
I’m incredibly excited for what the future holds. With each day, we improve, innovate, and push the boundaries of what we can achieve. It’s often said that “it takes a village,” and I couldn’t agree more. Thank you all for being an integral part of this journey. We’re building something remarkable, together.

We have a get-it-done, do-whatever-it-takes attitude. We are willing to go the extra mile and push through the opposition to achieve the desired results. We are problem-solvers; willing to accept challenges. We thrive on making it happen for our customers.

Elis Santiago
Title: Fabrication Department Head
Elis has been a vital part of Graphik for what feels like a lifetime, and his dedication and expertise continue to leave an undeniable mark on our team. Recently promoted to Fabrication Head, Elis has embraced this new role with the same passion and precision that has defined his career.
Elis’s knowledge of signage is unparalleled. He’s not only proficient in every step of the process but is also deeply committed to quality, staying ahead of industry trends, and continuously improving our methods. His innovative mindset has led to significant advancements in our operations.
One notable example is his recent refinement of the process for creating push-through cabinet signs. Elis developed a unique approach by designing a file that allows Dibond to be cut and folded like a seamless box. This technique eliminates bulky layers, resulting in sleek, flawless faces that elevate the final product. It also cut down on the amount of labor and materials that we were needing previously.
Elis embodies excellence on every level, and his contributions inspire those around him. We’re excited to see how his leadership and imagination continue to drive Graphik forward. Thank you, Elis, for everything you do. You truly make us better!
Project Spotlights

Clyde Companies – SunPro
Back in February, we tackled one of the most ambitious projects in our company’s history: building and installing our largest sign to date. Measuring over 25 feet long and 18 feet high, this monumental sign required a crane, two boom lifts, and months of hard work from every member of our team. The sign took up the entire shop!
It’s incredible to see how something so massive can look surprisingly small once mounted on a building. But make no mistake, this sign was no small feat. From design to fabrication to installation, every detail was a labor of love, and it shows.
What’s even more impressive is that we encountered zero issues throughout the process, even with the added challenge of removing an even larger sign that originally occupied the space. This achievement speaks volumes about our team’s expertise, coordination, and dedication.
Since its installation, Clyde has seen a boom in signage, and we couldn’t be prouder of the role we played in shaping its skyline. This project was a true collective win, and we’re grateful to every single team member who contributed to its success. Great job team, this one’s for the books!
