Manager Message
“Every project we produce makes our clients visible — and makes us visible too. Quality, care, and attention to detail are our signature.”

Bringing Brands to Life – The Real Power of Print
At Speedy CPS, we don’t just print, we make brands visible. In a world full of screens and endless scrolling, print still stands out. It’s something real. You can hold it in your hands, see it on the street, wear it, or deliver it right to a customer’s door. That’s what makes what we do so powerful.
Every brochure, banner, sign, and mailer that comes out of this shop tells a story. It’s a small piece of a company’s identity: their look, their message, their reputation. And the cool part? We get to help them show up. That’s really what we do here: we help our customers get seen, and in doing that, we help them grow.
What’s really cool to me is that we get to make our customers look good wherever they show up. Whether it’s helping a new business open their doors, a nonprofit get the word out, or a company bringing their brand to life at a trade show we make that visibility possible.
Print is visibility. And visibility drives action.
In a world where people scroll past ads and skip videos without thinking twice, print slows them down. A soft-touch booklet gets read. A great-looking business card gets kept. A branded yard sign tells a story to the neighborhood. Even a box of promo gear that stuff gets handled every day.
Our customers, the ones who value quality and pay for WOW need partners they can rely on. That’s what makes us different. We bring speed, breadth of services, and a personalized touch to every job we do. We move fast, we offer everything under one roof, and we make every client feel like they’re our only one.
But it’s not just about making our clients visible. Every project we produce makes us visible too. The quality, the care, the attention to detail that’s our name on it. Every job that leaves this building is a chance to remind people why they choose Speedy CPS over anyone else.
As we push toward our $50M goal (and our BHAG of $100M by 2029), let’s keep that focus. Visibility for our clients and for ourselves is what drives everything we do. Our work doesn’t just sit on a shelf or a screen; it’s out there in the world, putting our customers, and us, on the map.
Let’s keep showing up with WOW.

Reed Belk
Account Manager
If you’ve ever seen Reed in action, you know how easy he is to talk to. He has a way of making clients feel heard and supported whether they’re ordering something small or managing a big project.
Reed joined the AlphaGraphics team in May 2024, and in that time, he’s really made an impact. He’s been instrumental in helping customers find the right solutions, and he’s always willing to go the extra mile to make sure things run smoothly from start to finish.
This year’s been a big one for him personally, too Reed recently got married! 🎉 We’re all so happy for him and his wife as they start their new chapter together.
What makes Reed stand out isn’t just his sales ability, it’s his heart for people. He listens, he follows through, and he genuinely cares about helping clients and coworkers succeed. He’s a big part of what makes our team special.

We Deliver WOW
Core Values Spotlight
We create opportunities to help people grow and succeed

(Quality Work, Integrity, Responsibility, Accountability, Exceptional)
We take ownership for what we do! Quality Work, Integrity, Responsibility, Accountability, Exceptional: We strive for positive attitudes and personal best in our job and all areas of life.

Sarah Fetzer
Production
Since joining us in January 2025, Sarah has become one of those people you can always count on. She brings consistency, attention to detail, and a great attitude to everything she does.
Sarah came in eager to learn and she’s done exactly that. She’s picked up new machines, new processes, and new challenges with confidence and curiosity. She doesn’t just do her job; she looks for ways to do it better. Even on the busiest days, she stays calm, focused, and committed to getting things right.
What I really appreciate about Sarah is how she quietly sets a standard for excellence. She doesn’t need recognition to do great work but she’s earned it. Her reliability and pride in quality show through every single project she touches.
Thanks, Sarah, for the care and effort you bring every day. You’re a big part of what makes this team strong.
Equipment Spotlights

Vanguard VR6D-HS
Our New Printing Powerhouse!
Big news for South Salt Lake — we’ve added the Vanguard VR6D-HS Flatbed Printer to our lineup!
This machine is a BEAST it can print on just about anything: wood, acrylic, metal, plastic, glass, even brick. It’s powered by Ricoh Gen 6 print heads and LED curing tech, which means it’s fast, precise, and more energy efficient.
This upgrade means faster turnaround, sharper detail, more flexibility, and a whole lot more capacity for big or custom jobs. From high-end signage to textured wall graphics to rigid displays the VR6D-HS is going to help us produce some serious WOW.
Project Spotlights
Salt Lake Bees Stadium Signage
We had the awesome opportunity to outfit the new Salt Lake Bees Stadium with all kinds of signage. Entrance banners, wayfinding signs, promo graphics, and so much more. We also produced well over 150 black A-Frames with inserts for parking and directional signage. In the end, the project totaled over $200,000.
This was a full-team effort from design to production to installation, and everyone knocked it out of the park. Tight deadlines, big graphics, high visibility nothing slowed us down. The result? A stadium that looks amazing and gives fans a great experience from the moment they arrive.
It’s projects like this that really show the impact of what we do helping our clients get visible and making a real difference in the communities we serve.

MARKETING / SALES CORNER
Quick Tips for Everyday Sales Success
One of the 3 reasons people do business with us is because of our “Personal Touch.” A personal touch can be shown a number of ways. Here are some simple marketing actions you can take this month to add that personal touch, boost visibility, and open more doors for AlphaGraphics, Speedy CPS, and Graphik.
1. Share What You See
Spot outdated signs, faded menus, or worn brochures? Snap a photo (with permission) and share with the team—we can turn those into opportunities.
2. Be a Walking Billboard
Throw on branded apparel when you’re out and about. It’s an easy conversation starter and keeps our brand front and center.
3. Post with Personality
Take 60 seconds to share one of our posts on LinkedIn, Facebook, or Instagram. Add a quick thought about how we help businesses succeed—your network will notice and they will know who to turn to when they need our services!
4. Always Carry Samples
Keep a few print samples or promo items handy. Showing is always stronger than telling.
5. Follow Up with Value
Instead of “just checking in,” send something helpful: a case study, industry article, our latest blog post, or event reminder tied to what we can offer.
Keep up to date with the blog posts we are creating each month. You can find them by navigating to your center’s home page and clicking the “Blog” link in the primary or secondary navigation bar at the top of the page.
6. Celebrate Client Wins
Ask clients if we can feature their projects in our marketing. They get recognition, and we get fresh stories to share.
7. Get Involved Locally
Attend a chamber mixer, trade show, or community event. Relationships built in-person last the longest.
8. Add the Extra Touch
Dropping off coffee, a birthday / thank you card, or a fun promo item goes further than you think. Small gestures = lasting impressions.
DESIGN TIP
4 things needed to smash your next design job
Submitting projects into design the right way helps us move faster, avoid unnecessary back-and-forth, and deliver a smooth experience to our customers. Here are the keys to success:
1. Define the Due Date
- Always set a due date for the initial proof to go out to the customer.
- Standard turnaround: 3 business days (72 hours) from when the project enters the design queue.
- Need it sooner? Submit your rush request to designers+rush@alphagraphics.com and follow the Rush Design Policy.
2. Provide Detailed Notes
- Take thorough notes (even on a notepad!) and enter them in the design notes of the part(s) in CoreBridge.
- Include: project complexity, colors, images, text, examples, logos, style guides, or any other assets.
- A quick sketch or drawing can be incredibly helpful—scan and upload it into the Source folder.
- You can also download the linked Job Analysis document and print it as a pad if that helps you gather information more consistently.
- Important: If you upload sketches or the Job Analysis document, you still need to provide a detailed summary of the project in the design notes in CoreBridge. This ensures designers can quickly understand the complexity and scope as they review projects in their queue.
3. Upload All Assets
- Place all files, images, and logos into the Source folder within the designated WIP folder.
4. Queue at the Right Time
- Don’t move a project into the design queue until you have all necessary information and files.
- If you’re waiting on a customer, hold the job out of the queue.
- Once it enters the queue, update the due date to reflect the 3-day turnaround.
Following these steps upfront makes the process smoother for everyone and keeps customers happy with quick, accurate results.
Industry Tip
Quick Products
What’s New:
Micah Page has been working tirelessly as he has taken on the monstrous task of organizing and creating functioning and up-to-date quick products. Now available for use are the “AGS Quick Products”. Each of these products have been built fresh with current modifiers and stock pricing. While additional quick products are continually being added to the collection, the current line up of quick products are ready to use and can assist in being Speedy and accurate.
How To Use:
Rather than building a product from scratch, simply click on the “Add Quick Product” button upon reaching the “Step 1: Create Products” screen. Navigate to the “Category” dropdown and find the AGS Quick Product group that matches the current project a customer has requested. Select the product that matches the print process the project will follow. Then, most importantly, UPDATE THE INFORMATION!!!
Benefits:
Quick Products are built and maintained to help us input more orders correctly and efficiently. Rather than coming up with everything needed for the order from scratch, the quick product can provide a correct outline of what will be required for a specific product. This will enable us to achieve more consistent and accurate pricing for our customers and create repeatable excellent work tickets for our team. With quick products, everyone wins!
