…This team can handle quite a bit—and usually find a way to laugh somewhere along the way.

Jessica Yandell

A year ago, I wrote about what it was like becoming part of a new network—learning new systems, meeting new people and figuring out where we fit. Looking back now, it is pretty incredible how much can change in a year.

Today, our team feels much more settled. We understand the expectations, we know where to find answers, and most importantly, we have learned how to lean on each other. We certainly haven’t figured out everything (I’m not sure any of us ever do!), but we’ve found our stride. And our team has accomplished a lot.

We’ve taken on new challenges, adjusted responsibilities, learned new equipment and processes, welcomed new people, and continued pushing ourselves to be better. I’ve watched people step outside their normal roles to help a coworker, solve a problem, meet a ridiculous deadline, or take care of a customer who needed just one more thing.

Speaking of customers…they continue to keep things interesting.

Some are incredibly fun to work with. They trust us, appreciate what we do and remind us why this industry can be so rewarding. Others challenge us in ways we never expected—and occasionally make us question whether “ASAP” has somehow become an official due date.

But even those customers teach us something. They make us communicate better, set clearer expectations, improve our processes and sometimes get pretty creative in finding solutions. At the end of the day, this business is about people, and people can be both the best and the hardest part of what we do.

What I’m most proud of over the past year isn’t any single project or number. It’s watching this team become more confident and comfortable together. We’ve learned what each person brings to the table, where we can rely on one another, and how much we can accomplish when everyone pulls in the same direction.

There will always be stressful days, impossible deadlines, equipment that chooses the worst possible moment to misbehave, and customers who keep us on our toes. But there are also a lot of laughs, great projects, loyal customers, and moments when we get to look around and realize—we’re actually pretty darn good at this.

I’m excited to see what the next year brings. If the last one taught me anything, it’s that this team can handle quite a bit—and usually find a way to laugh somewhere along the way.

Center Employee Spotlight

Zachary Teynor

Production Manager – Missoula, Montana

Hello everybody! My name is Zack, and I’ve been a part of AlphaGraphics Missoula since 2017. Our team joined Speedy CPS in the spring of 2025, and it’s been wonderful getting to know and work with you folks over the last year and a half. I hope to meet more of y’all over time!

I was born in the midwest, raised on the east coast, and have now called western Montana home since 2001—*every year a new neighborhood, every few years a new state. So while growing up, I learned how to quickly adapt to new environments, new people and new adventures. Which in turn, I believe has helped me excel in our ever-evolving print and marketing world, as we are continuously adapting to new ideas,
new technologies and new expectations. That’s what makes this fun, right?!

When I’m not working, you can find me on the riverbanks throwing casts, in the mountains shredding the slopes, or on the golf course looking for lost balls.

*This em-dash was human generated.

Core Values Spotlight

Self-Starter, Committed, Enthusiastic, Initiative, Hard-Working

Scrappy

We take the initiative to get the job done RIGHT!

We have a get it done, do whatever it takes attitude. We are willing to go the extra mile and push through opposition to achieve the desired results. We are problem-solvers; willing to accept challenges. We thrive on making it happen for our customers.

Russell Simkins

Bindery Operator – Missoula, Montana

Russ is a great example of what it means to be scrappy. He consistently finds ways to get jobs across the finish line on time, even when the path to get there isn’t always straightforward. He’s willing to jump in, learn new equipment, troubleshoot problems, and figure out solutions when challenges come up. What I appreciate most is that Russ doesn’t just focus on how we’ve always done things. He’s constantly thinking about how we can work smarter, use our equipment in new ways, and find innovative opportunities that help us grow into the future. That willingness to experiment, problem-solve, and simply figure it out is what being scrappy is all about.

Project Spotlights

Marsh rebrand

Location: Missoula, MT

Marsh McLennan is rebranding to Marsh, and they are definitely keeping us busy! From notepads, pocket folders and presentation covers to business cards, chapstick, tumblers, massage guns and more, we’re pretty sure we’re all starting to see this particular shade of blue in our sleep. With nearly $200,000 in sales this month alone, this rebrand has touched nearly every part of our center and has been a true team effort.

A huge shoutout goes to Lorraine Simmons, who has done an incredible job managing the Marsh relationship, coordinating an ever-growing list of projects, and keeping opportunities coming through the door. From there, our entire team has stepped up to coordinate orders, manage color consistency, source promotional products, keep production moving and make sure everything gets where it needs to go. And we’re not done yet! We may be going blind with all the blue, but we’re incredibly proud to be part of helping Marsh roll out their new brand—and even more proud of the team making it happen.

What our customers are saying About us

AG-South Salt Lake
“I had a rush order for my student project, and the team crushed it. I spoke with Reed and he was more than willing to help when I was rushing and stressing to get my project printed. The quality of printing directly onto foam core was mind blowing. Thank you guys again!”
– Hailey Creer, 8/8/2026

AG – American Fork
“We’ve worked with AlphaGraphics on several projects, and they’ve always done an amazing job. They’re quick to respond, and the final results are always excellent. I really appreciate both their customer service and the quality of their work. As a designer, I can confidently say that I highly recommend AlphaGraphics!”
– Luana Campos, 8/20/2026

AG-Idaho Falls
“Kelly and her team at AlphaGraphics took a dream idea and turned it into reality! We needed a life-sized Barbie box for a birthday party, which are impossible to buy or rent in the area. We pitched our idea and were met with excitement and a can-do attitude. After sending our design, they knocked it out of the park and the process was so easy!”

Company Announcement

Some of you may have noticed materials we’re producing for – or heard discussion about – a new restaurant brand called Konala. We’re excited to announce that Speedy CPS has a business interest in this new venture! Konala has a focus on providing delicious, healthy food served quickly.

Excitingly, Speedy Foods (or Konala) is already becoming a customer for signs, print, and other visibility materials through our network.

So you are aware, this new company does not change employment, reporting relationships, day-to-day operations, or leadership’s focus on Speedy CPS (Alphagraphics, Colorworld, Graphik, etc). We simply want the Speedy CPS teams to hear this update directly from leadership as things begin to move forward.

If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask a member of the Leadership team!
