“…There is a strong
sense of practical teamwork behind the day-to-day work…”

Derek Hoffine

Rexburg and Rigby are two very different locations, but what connects them is a shared
commitment to serving their communities with responsiveness, dependability, and care.
Each team operates in its own rhythm, yet both continue to reflect the kind of steady
effort and local service that make a lasting difference to customers.

One of the things I appreciate most about these teams is their willingness to adapt and
support the work wherever needed. Whether it is helping a customer with a fast-turn
request, keeping production moving, or stepping in to solve a problem, there is a strong
sense of practical teamwork behind the day-to-day work in both locations.

That consistency matters. It builds trust, strengthens relationships, and helps create the
kind of reputation that grows over time through many small moments done well.

I am proud of the way our Rexburg and Rigby teams continue to represent the company
through flexibility, professionalism, and genuine care for the people they serve. Their
work is a strong example of what dependable local service looks like in action.

Center Employee Spotlight

Kaylyn Munson

Customer Service Representative – Rexburg

This month, we are proud to recognize Kaylyn Munson as our employee spotlight for Rexburg. Kaylyn has become an important part of the team through her efficiency, reliability, and strong customer service mindset.

With prior industry experience, Kaylyn brought valuable knowledge into the role and has continued to stand out through her consistent performance and ability to keep work moving smoothly. She is someone the team can count on, and her attention to both customers and daily execution help strengthen the overall operation.

Kaylyn recently moved to Rexburg from Hurricane, Utah, so her husband, Austin, could attend college at BYU-Idaho. That transition makes her steady contribution even more meaningful, and she has quickly become an important part of the team.

Kaylyn represents the kind of professionalism and dependability that makes a lasting difference, and I’m thankful for the work she does to support both the team and the customers we serve.

Core Values Spotlight

People, Respect, Teamwork, Community, Empathy

We respect the people we interact with!

We need each other to succeed. Each individual and the job they do is valued whether it be employees, customers, vendors, or neighbors. Showing respect and working together leads to greater humanity and more meaningful relationships.

Rita Baker

Customer Service Representative – Rigby – Speedy CPS

This month’s Core Values Spotlight recognizes Rita Baker for exemplifying Humanity through the way she treats both customers and the people around her every day.

Rita’s name comes up often in Rigby, and always in the same way: people describe her as helpful, kind, respectful, hardworking, and someone who genuinely cares. That kind of reputation does not happen by accident. It is built over time through the way a person consistently shows up for others.

What makes Rita a strong example of Humanity is not just one moment or one story, but the steady way she impacts the people around her. Customers appreciate her, coworkers speak highly of her, and her presence clearly contributes to the kind of environment and service experience the business wants to be known for.

Rita represents the values of people, respect, teamwork, community, and kindness in a way that others genuinely notice, and we are proud to recognize her for it.

Project Spotlights

Noble Jewelers Grand Opening Signage

Location: Rexburg, Idaho

Manufacturer: Duplo USA Corporation
Model: DFL-500 Mark II

This month’s project spotlight features the grand opening signage package for Noble
Jewelers in Rexburg, Idaho. The project included window vinyl’s, custom acrylic cutouts
from Logan, and a lighted sign that was permitted and installed by Alphagraphics
Rexburg.

What made this project especially meaningful is that Rexburg has typically relied on
outside sources for permitting and installation on lighted signs. For this job, the team
took on that portion of the work directly as an opportunity to learn, build capability, and
execute it themselves and the project was completed successfully.

This made the Noble Jewelers project a strong example not only of coordinated signage
for a grand opening, but also of the team expanding what it can confidently deliver.

This capability gives Rexburg a strong way to offer customers something more
distinctive and elevated, especially for projects where appearance and finish matter,
while also expanding the location’s ability to produce specialty print in-house.

Buffalo Bill Center – West Firearms Museum Exhibit

Location: Color World – Bozeman, MT

Bozeman’s Color World recently did a wallpaper installation for the Buffalo Bill Center of the West Firearms Museum exhibit that brings the gallery to life with a sense of place that echoes the history of the west’s frontier.

Using historical images, the installation installed by Aric Milley flows naturally towards the exhibit creating a backdrop to the narrative of how firearms were used in Western exploration.

The finished space invites visitors to step into the spirit of the West, enriching their experience of the exhibit’s paintings, artifacts, and stories.

Equipment Spotlight

Duplo DFL-500 Mark II Digital Foil Machine

Manufacturer: Duplo USA Corporation
Model: DFL-500 Mark II

Rexburg is one of only a small number of locations with a Duplo DFL-500 Mark II digital
foil machine, which gives the team the ability to create premium, eye-catching pieces
with added visual impact.

Using digital toner (grayscale), the team can print and then apply foil to selected areas
of the piece in a variety of colors. Gold, silver, red, blue, and green are just a few of the
foil colors currently in stock and ready to use for customer projects.

For projects that include both foil and non-foil print, the non-foil print is laminated into
the sheet first, and the digital toner is then printed on top so the foil can be applied in
the correct areas.

This capability gives Rexburg a strong way to offer customers something more
distinctive and elevated, especially for projects where appearance and finish matter,
while also expanding the location’s ability to produce specialty print in-house.
